Two Options to Choose From
I know that not everyone has a Cricut machine or wants to go through the hassle of creating their own banners from scratch. That's why I've created two unique Halloween printables for you to enjoy. One is a spookier version, while the other is a colorful and cute Boo banner. Take your pick or print both to mix and match!
Easy Setup and Printing
Setting up your free Halloween banner printable is a breeze. All you need is a printer and some cardstock or paper. I recommend using white cardstock to ensure sturdiness. The Boo banner printable only requires two sheets, while the Happy Halloween banner is longer and will need five blank pages.
Once you've printed the banners, simply cut out each pendant. Using a paper cutter for the straight edges will save you time, and a pair of scissors will do the trick for the shorter edges.
Hanging Options
Now comes the fun part – hanging your DIY banners! There are a few different ways you can do this. For the shorter Boo banner, you can tape a piece of ribbon to the backside of each letter. Just make sure to lay it down in reverse order to avoid any mishaps!
If you prefer a more versatile approach, consider using small clothespins or hooks to hang the free Halloween decorations. You can find basic wood clothespins or cute Halloween-themed pins at your local Dollar Tree. Hang a long piece of ribbon or twine first, then clip each letter of the horizontal banners on with the mini clothespins. Alternatively, you can glue or tape the clothespin to the backside of each pendant to keep them hidden.
Let Your Imagination Run Wild
I've included four image pendants in the Happy Halloween banner – two haunted houses on either side of the word “Happy” and two witch feet on either side of “Halloween.” Feel free to mix and match or leave them out altogether. You can even get creative and color in the adorable witch in a pot clips to add a personal touch!
Whether you choose to hang your banner in two lines or create one long line, it's sure to add a festive touch to your home or any other space you want to decorate. Don't worry about the lighting in your room – the vibrant colors of the banner will make it pop!
