Build A Paper Witch Template
A few years ago, I introduced my cute chubby roly-poly Halloween characters, and since then, I've been using them in various printables. This set includes a bat, black cat, Lil' Devil, Dracula, Frankenstein, ghost, pumpkin, purple pumpkin, werewolf, and, of course, a witch. You'll find links to all these characters at the end of this article.
This year, due to popular demand, I'm turning these characters into buildable templates, just like my Build-An-Animal series. And guess what? They now even have names! Allow me to introduce you to Willow the Witch!
My adorable little characters have a touch of anthropomorphism, meaning they have human traits, like standing on two legs instead of four. But don't expect them to be realistic – I always go for cuteness when creating characters for my printables!
You can choose between two paper sizes – A4 and US Letter (8.5″ x 11″). The regular size template showcases all the pieces on one sheet of paper, while the large size spreads the pieces over several sheets. If your children are more skilled at cutting, go for the regular size. If they're a bit younger or prefer an easier task, the large size is the way to go. Alternatively, you can cut the pieces for them. You know your children best, so choose what suits them!
To get started, download your chosen printable from the list below (they're surrounded by a purple box!). Print it on thick paper or thin cardstock. Then, simply cut out the pieces and let the magic happen as you build your very own witch for Halloween!
You can stick the paper witch pieces together using a glue stick, roller glue, or sticky tape. If you want to take it to the next level, mount it onto a larger piece of paper and use other craft materials to embellish it – furry fabric, glitter, googly eyes, sequins, buttons, tissue paper, the possibilities are endless! You can even laminate the pieces so that they can be reassembled over and over again. The most important thing is to have fun with this Willow the Witch printable!

- Thick paper or thin cardstock
- Glue stick, roller glue, or sticky tape
