Materials Required
- Paper plate
- Scissors

- Construction paper (yellow and orange)

Step 1: Shaping the Turkey Mask
Take a paper plate and cut it in half. Draw an outline near the curve of the plate, leaving a curvy portion inside. Cut along the outline to remove the outer portion of the plate. On the remaining part, draw two round eyes and cut them out. Apply black paint to the mask, giving it a distinctive look.
Step 2: Making the Turkey Tail, Beak, and Tongue
Grab yellow and orange construction papers. Using these papers, create feathers for the turkey tail. Cut the papers into feather shapes, making six feathers in total. For the beak and tongue, draw a triangle on yellow paper and a curved teardrop on red paper. Cut out both shapes.
Step 3: Put Everything Together and the Mask is Ready!
Now it's time to assemble all the pieces. Attach the beak and tongue to the paper plate mask. Then, stick the paper feathers onto the plate using hot glue.
To make it more comfortable to hold, apply hot glue on the backside of the mask and attach a plastic straw or any stick-like object. And there you have it – your very own paper plate turkey mask!
